1. The service

Fako Farm is a farm management service (livestock and crops): an offline-first mobile app for the field team and a web console for the owner. The service is provided “as is” and is continuously improved.

2. Account and subscription

• The owner account is created by subscribing to a plan on the website.
• Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan (30-day free trial, cancel at any time). The number of members depends on the plan.
• The owner creates team accounts and remains responsible for the access they grant (team leader, worker, accountant).
• Sign-in credentials: phone number + one-time code.

3. Your data belongs to you

The data entered (livestock, crops, sales, finances) belongs to your farm. We host and protect it (see the privacy policy); you may export it (Proof Pack PDF) and request deletion of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unauthorized access, no attempts to bypass isolation between farms, and no illegal use. The chained audit log ensures the integrity of the history — detected tampering may result in account suspension.

5. Responsibilities

Fako Farm is a management tool: livestock, crop, sales, and spending decisions remain yours. Our liability is limited to the subscription amount for the previous 12 months. We make every effort to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service (the mobile app’s offline mode continues to work during outages).

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account or by email. After cancellation, your data is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.
