Your numbers — livestock, harvests, sales, margins — are your capital. Protections are enforced by the database itself, not just by the app.
Strict per-company isolation
Each operation lives in its own perimeter, enforced at the database level (row-level security). No farm can ever read another’s data.
Role-based access
Owner, team lead, worker, sponsor: each person sees only what their role allows. Workers never touch finances; sponsors read everything and write nothing — the database refuses, not a hidden button.
Server-anchored journal
Every event is time-stamped, fingerprinted (SHA-256) and chained to the previous one — and the chain is anchored and verified server-side, beyond any phone’s reach. Any after-the-fact edit is detectable.
Encryption everywhere
Your data travels encrypted (TLS) and is stored encrypted at rest. Photo and video proof lives in private storage, accessible only through short-lived signed links.
