Delete my account

You may request deletion of your Fako Farm account and associated data at any time. Here is how to do it and what will be deleted.

Request deletion

Send your request from the email address or phone linked to your account:

Or write to privacy@fakofarm.com and include the account’s phone number. We verify your identity (a code sent to the account’s number) before deleting anything.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, phone number) and sign-in credentials.
Your farm memberships and access history.
If you are the owner : the entire farm (livestock, crops, sales, finances, photos), after explicit confirmation — this action is irreversible.

What may be retained

Billing data, retained for the period required by legal and accounting obligations.
If you are a member of a farm that continues operating : operational entries (logs, sales) remain the farm’s property; your identity is dissociated from your deleted profile.

Timeframes

Confirmation within 72 hours, deletion within 30 days (backups purged within 90 days). See the privacy policy.
